Stock solution A

Tissue Sample
Most fixatives should be satisfactory.
Protocol
- Bring sections to water via xylene and ethanol.
- Place into the staining solution for 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse briefly with water.
- Dehydrate rapidly with acetone.
- Clear with xylene and mount with a resinous medium.
Expected Results
- Nuclei – violet
- Plasma cell cytoplasm – red
- Other cell cytoplasm – pink
